Once we get your requirement document, our representative goes into a conference call with you to discuss your requirements in details. Our representative will also be accompanied by a technical resource to understand the requirements better.

Freezing Requirements

After the analysis of your requirements, the next step is to fix the requirement document. We can also send our representative to your center to accomplish the step.

Quote a Fixed Price

The next step will be to quote you a price based on your finalized requirement document. The quote will be based on the project timelines,  milestones and deliverables.

Set up team

Once the requirement document ready and team selected, we decide on the development and testing process. We also fix the communication process and deliverables.
