We believe that the Project Requirement Document is just a small part of contribution from your side on the road to success (although our consultants will create one if you do not have it). We have learnt the hard way that offshore engagements do well if both partners are equally involved during the process of project evolution.

We need you there at every step of project execution. We require long meetings with you. Our weekly releases are incomplete without your reviews and valuable inputs. We prefer to work with you rather than working for you.
