Discussing your Requirements

Once we get your requirement document, our representative goes into a conference call with you to discuss your requirements in details. Our representative will also be accompanied by a technical resource to understand the requirements better.

Team Creation

The next step is to create a team based on your requirements. According to your requirement, if you need a bigger team than what we already have, our Operations Team starts working on it.

Communication

When you hire resources for your project, we give you complete freedom to communicate with our resources and interview them whenever you want. You can also communicate with our project manager to help you with the process.

Set up team

Once the requirement document ready and team selected, we decide on the development and testing process. We also fix the communication process and deliverables.
